OF CUSTOM BIRD JEWELRY & OTHER ART
Each
parrot shown was hand sculpted from scratch by clay
artist Alicia Merritt. Alicia has sculpted thousands
of items for her customers worldwide, and is pleased
to share her creations here with you through this online
gallery!
No
molds or paints are used, just vibrant, lightweight
polymer clay. Each color that you see is a separate
piece of clay which is painstakingly applied to create
custom portraits of your feathered friends.
A
great deal of time goes into each special piece, and
each creation is unique piece of wearable art.
Every
item is one of a kind, so your custom order will not
be exactly like those shown here, however the examples
shown are representitive of the typical style in this
species.
When
you place a custom order, you are welcome to email
Alicia a photo of your bird for specific coloration
matches, and Alicia works closely with customers to
match the particular bird with great detail.
The
pictures on this page are just a few examples of custom
jewelry in this species. Actual
sizes vary, some photos may be reduced or enlarged.
A glossy finish is optional on all items.
These
exact pieces are sold, but you can order something similar,
keeping in mind that each piece is a unique work of
art, and will vary from the examples shown.

Custom
bird face bracelet charms may be ordered individually,
or as part of a simple sterling charm bracelet,
as well as more intricate custom
beaded bracelets.
Each
one of a kind necklace is made up of
an assortment of beautiful glass beads
and various metal beads on either side
of your choice of bird(s), and hangs
on a leather cord. The color scheme
will be chosen to match your birds,
or to your specifications, and each
bead is carefully hand picked, so each
necklace is truly unique.
Matching
glass bead dangle earrings with surgical
steel wires are also included. (Sterling
Silver wires can be substituted.)
Several
birds can be sculpted together to represent
your family of feathered friends, and

Each
necklace is finished with a
lobster clasp, with a 3 inch
chain extender making it adjustable.
The necklace is finished off
to your your specified length.
Remember,
the exact bead style, size and color will
vary, each necklace is one of a kind and
unique!
