Domestic
orders are
shipped within the USA via USPS Priority Mail, starting
at $5.50 for up to 4-6 jewelry items, which includes delivery
confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3-6 days. Express
Mail for RUSH delivery is also available, please email
for information.
Please
note that if you are ordering 1 to 6 charms, with no other
items, they can be shipped via First Class (within the
USA) regular mail for $2.00 but
this must be requested in the order.
Default shipping is Priority Mail so if you do not
specify First Class in your charm order, it will be sent
via Priority Mail.
INSURANCE
IS OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED.

shipping prices vary depending on the country and shipping
method chosen. Please email for a
quote, stating the items you want and your country.
Shipping times outside of the USA can be
unpredictable, and Alicia is unable to estimate any time
frame beyond what the USPS is able to provide as typical
guidelines for your country. Many factors play into the
delivery when packages travel overseas, so please allow
plenty of time for your order if you are ordering from outside
of the USA.
Alicia is not liable for any loss or
damage during shipment. If the order has been insured, and
arrives damaged, the customer will be responsible for making
a claim for reimbursement with the USPS. Please notify Alicia
if your package does not arrive within a reasonable time
frame or arrives damaged.
PAYMENT
METHODS AND TERMS
AFTER
YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER
Payment
must be made in full before your custom order is
made. No order will be made or shipped until payment is
received.
Personal
checks are accepted, but must clear
before your order is sent. Your bank may be contacted
to ensure that funds are available in your account.
Money
orders as well as credit card payments through PayPal
are accepted. Credit
cards are not accepted directly at this time, ONLY THROUGH
PAYPAL.

Orders paid through PayPal will only
be shipped to CONFIRMED addresses, unless you can provide
a valid reason for shipping to a different address.
Within
24 hours you will receive a reply to your order
with your total cost and confirmation of your order, as
well as answers to any questions you may have. The email
confirmation will come from parrotjewelry @ yahoo.com
and will include your invoice as an attachment in PDF
format. If you are unable to view the invoice, please
email.
Depending
on how many orders are currently lined up, it may take
anywhere
from 2 to 6 weeks for your order to be completed. Email
Alicia if you would like to find out the estimated wait
time.
If
you do NOT receive a confirmation of your order within
24 hours, please EMAIL as
your order may not have been received.
