artwork and jewelry is handsculpted by clay artist Alicia
Merritt, whose work has been featured in several publications,
including Bird Talk magazine. Alicia has sculpted thousands
of items for her customers worldwide, and is pleased
to share her creations here with you!
Over
EIGHTY species of parrots
are showcased on this site, and the list is constantly
growing. No molds or paints are used, just
vibrant, lightweight polymer clay! Every item is one
of a kind, so your custom order will not be exactly
like those shown below, and will be unique! You are
welcome to email Alicia a
photo of your bird for specific coloration matches.

Alicia
generally stays booked up for months at a time, and
has limited openings for custom orders at certain times.

Since the birds shown here vary in pattern and coloration
with different species, prices also will vary. Most
birds are the same price as the general prices quoted
on the PRICE LIST PAGE.
For others including Hawkheads, Turquosine Grass Parakeets,
Loons, Jardine's Parrots, Moustache Parakeets, prices
may be $2.00 to $10.00 additional per bird depending
on item, and the particular bird. Email
for specific quote, or with any questions.
The
pictures on this page are just a few examples of custom
jewelry in this species. Actual
sizes vary, some photos may be reduced or enlarged.
A glossy finish is optional on all items.
These
exact items are sold, but you can order something similar,
keeping in mind that each piece is a unique work of
art, and will vary from the examples shown. Please see
the item list for a more
complete listing of items which you can have created
in your choice of species and combinations.

Bird Set: $50.00

Prices
depend on conure species, & other species included
on multiple bird items, you are welcome to email for
details with your particular birds. Email
for a quote for necklaces with 3 or more birds, please
specify all species desired.
Each
one of a kind necklace is made up of an assortment of
beautiful glass beads and various metal beads on either
side of your choice of bird(s), and hangs on a black
cord. Bead color scheme will be chosen to match your
birds, or to your specifications.
Matching
glass bead dangle earrings with surgical steel are also
included. (Please add $4.00 for Sterling Silver wires.)
If
you want only the necklace, without matching bead earrings,
please subtract $4.00.
Necklace
is finished with a lobster clasp, set to close at 18
inches with a 3 inch chain extender. Specify on order
form if you want your necklace shorter or longer.
